Some info regarding the Resistance trainers bicycle, Mag trainer and Indoor cycling
Guerciotti’s old world Italian cycling know-how plus cutting edge carbon fiber technology from industry leader Mitsubishi merge to become so much more than the sum of their parts in the Guerciotti Gemini Road Bike. Prepare to launch into orbit as the monocoque frameset – built from 12K weave, TR505 carbon fiber – provides a rock solid, featherweight platform that just begs to be ridden to its maximum potential. And no matter if you’re suiting up for the Wednesday night world championships, your favorite gran fondo, a road race, a crit, or a solo ride on your local stomping grounds, the Gemini is spec’d to the nines. No corners were cut regarding the component package as you’re treated to a complete Shimano Ultegra 11-speed mechanical groupset. Buttery smooth, incredibly reliable, and plenty light to boot, you’ll wonder how you got by with anything else before. The Fulcrum Racing Quattro aluminum wheels feature 35mm deep rims to cheat the wind plus provide a light, responsive ride. No Italian bike is complete without some parts from the spiritual home of cycling and the Gemini certainly comes through in spades. The cockpit and saddle are fully Italian through and through as there’s a Deda seatpost, stem, and bar tape, while Selle Italia ably handles saddle detail.
We’re proud of the amazing reaction our designer Dreamer Step-thru gets in the streets thanks to its flawless beautiful look, unusual signature colors, ergonomic frame geometry, color-coordinated details and luxury balloon tires. Getting on and off is a breeze with a classic unisex Dutch style step thru frame design. Power. A 7-speed transmission lets you quickly accelerate from start, go fast and climb hills easier. Fully-equipped. This comcruiser comes fully equipped standard. To keep your clothes clean, there are fenders, custom chain guard and a custom spoke-guard. For your utility, there is a rear rack with spring clip for carrying things/pannier bags around. Safety. For your safety, we included front and rear battery-powered lights to increase visibility at night, and a beautiful golden bell for whizzing through crowded cities. Comfort. A high-tensile steel frame absorbs the road better and along with the raised handlebar allows for upright seating to save your back. A custom vintage spring-loaded saddle will keep your buttocks comfy and Schwalbe Fat Frank Balloon tires will allow for a comfortable ride even on unpaved/potholed roads. At 34 pounds, it’s also lighter than most fully-equipped Dutch Bikes. There is also a kickstand for easy parking. Quality. The quality of our bikes can be seen in many elements including polished frame welding, 3-layer paint, Shimano transmission, and Schwalbe Fat Frank Balloon tires made with puncture proof Kevlar guard and reflective strips, the highest quality balloon tires available.
Lighter, stiffer and more durable than its predecessor, there is a lot to like about the R1B carbon-fibre outsole to maintain high levels of stiffness, vital for efficient power transfer. Two Boa dials help lock your feet in and do a very good job of it. Microadjustment is possible and it’s easy to get them off quickly thanks to a quickrelease function. At a claimed 227g for a size 42.5, they are relatively lightweight compared to similarly priced rivals. A neutral footbed also means that these should suit most, if not all, foot shapes. One thing to keep an eye out for is sizing. The size 42s we had on test were a little on the large side, so it would be a good idea to try before you buy to get the perfect fit that such a big spend deserves.
