This is the Kestrel Legend Ultegra Road Bike. At a mere 780 grams, the brand-new Kestrel Legend is the lightest frame The First Name in Carbon Fiber has ever produced. Made of ultra high-modulus carbon fiber with a remarkable weight-to-stiffness ratio, the Legend’s Kestrel EMS fork and H-stays provide compliance, comfort, and improve lateral stiffness; the proprietary tapered head tube enhances steering precision and front-end stiffness; and asymmetrical chainstays offset drivetrain-induced torque on the rear triangle. Features: Featherweight 780 grams – lightest frame Kestrel has ever produced Ultra high-modulus and high-strength carbon fiber with ground-breaking weight-to-stiffness ratio PU inner molds supply smoother inner walls, an increase in stiffness, better compaction, minimized wrinkles, and optimized resin content EPS foam forming used in the manufacturing of the fork provides better layup in the crown area for improved compaction and resin content Kestrel EMS fork and H-stays provide compliance, comfort, and improve lateral stiffness Proprietary tapered head tube enhances steering precision and front-end stiffness Asymmetrical chainstays offset drivetrain-induced torque on the rear triangle Size-specific frame for each frame size. Larger frames use slightly larger diameter tubing for increased stiffness for larger riders. Downtube and top tube wrap around the head tube for increased front-end stiffness, which aids in steering precision.
The CLX 3.0 Ultegra Di2 Road Bike is an outstanding road bike from the much loved Colnago brand. As always, Colnago build their frames to a very high standard and all frames feature stunning artwork and a stylish paint design which will be admired by all. The monocoque front triangle has many new features such as internal routing of the rear brake cable, new different section C-HS1 headset system and a new fork made to work perfectly in combination with the new headset. Also, the square chainstays have been developed following the design outlook of the whole Colnago range, having a square shaped cross section to guarantee more stiffness for greater pedalling efficiency. The CLX 3.0 comes fitted with Shimano’s Ultegra Di2 components, including the chainset – compact, and provides clean and precise shifting. The compact chainset, with a wide range of sprockets on the cassette, gives you a larger choice of gears for speed and for climbing also. The wheels are also from Shimano and in the form of their RS range. Strong and fairly light, these wheels will keep you moving and the Vittoria Zaffiro tyres will provide you with the grip you require. Each CLX 3.0 is fully built, tested and tuned by Cycling Express’s team of qualified bike mechanics to ensure your bike arrives in perfect condition.Specifications:Frame: CLX 3.0, UD carbon Forks: CLX 3.0, UD carbon bladeHeadset: CLX 3.0Shimano Ultegra 6870 Di2 22-speed groupsetCrankset: Shimano Ultegra 6800 50-34T Shifter: Ultegra 6870 Di2 11 speedCassette: Shimano Ultegra 6800 11-25T 11 speed Front Derailleur: Shimano Ultegra Di2 FD-6870, brazed-on typeRear Derailleur: Shimano Ultegra Di2 RD-6870, 11-SpeedChain: Shimano Ultegra 6800 11 speedBrakes: Shimano Ultegra 6800 Wheelset: Shimano WH-RS31Tyres: Vittoria Zaffiro 700 x 23cHandlebar: FSA black Stem: FSA black Seatpost: CLX3.0, whiteSaddle: FIZIK, Arione manganeseWeight: 8.5kg 48s
Storck’s Visioner C Road Bike Frameset is the entry ticket to the carbon fiber world of company founder Markus Storck. This ticket affords you access to one of the Old World’s few remaining secrets: the unrivaled design philosophy that informs every frameset bearing the Storck name. Key to this philosophy is the idea that every cyclist, regardless of material, model, and size, enjoys the same stiffness-to-weight ratio. So the Visioner C shares numbers with the superlative Aernario, but with a little more weight. The secret to this ratio lies in the proportional tubing of the unidirectional carbon fiber layup, which puts a premium on front end and bottom bracket stiffness by varying the wall thickness in the top and down tubes depending on the frame size. This focus carries through on the seat tube and chainstays, whose girth minimizes lost watts due to flex in the rear triangle. The frame’s geometry features the same 73. 5-degree head and seat tube angles that are found in most sizes of the Aernario, which combine with the Stilleto fork for confident tracking on descents and punchy power on rolling hills or during sprints. Power doesn’t come at the cost of comfort, though, as the thick chainstays are paired with thin, cushy seatstays, so watts go into the road but the road doesn’t travel up the seatpost to your body. The Visioner is built for internal routing that accommodates mechanical and electronic drivetrains, so the frame’s clean lines aren’t interrupted with cables, housing, and the like. It also means that wiring to an electronic system’s battery and front derailleur is tidy and easy to route, and the battery itself has a dedicated position on the frame.
